OUR MISSION

We seek to create a platform in Gisenyi, Rwanda for young women to take control of their bodies and lives. There we will start an education program for young women in collaboration with Save Generation Organization, a non-profit that has already been working with vulnerable women in Rwanda for a long time.

Rwanda is a country in East Africa that is on the rise economically and has the most women in parliament. Despite this, there are many girls and young women who are forced into a very poor life and heavily dependent on men. They have to shoulder the family responsibilities early on but have little power or say. This leads to great vulnerability which often results in early pregnancies and prostitution.

We believe that every human being should have the opportunity to live up to his or her full potential with power over his or her own body and lives.
