A strong and intensive week with Grupp G i Rwanda
9–23 January 2026
This week was spent working with Group G – a group of women, several of whom had previously taken part in the course on children’s rights together with Clowns Without Borders.
The sessions covered nutrition, basic physiology, the body’s organs, lifestyle, games and movement – and included cooking together every day.
The conversations were engaged, curious and at times very deep. Many expressed how valuable it is to gain knowledge about their own bodies, something they otherwise rarely have access to.
Mudi has, as always, done invaluable work with interpretation.
The discussions on children’s rights and parenting were once again powerful. Several women shared how they had moved from violence to communication – resulting in safer relationships and children who are doing better.
Gratitude for the courage, openness and willingness to change. Knowledge truly makes a difference.
Yes, another powerful and intense week, this time with Group G in Rwanda.
