Circus Camp in Hacksta
For the second summer in a row, Baho Neza Swe organized a circus camp in Hacksta for children. During one day, participants got to try acrobatics, circus, clowning and other fun activities, with a focus on movement, creativity and community.
This year’s camp once again became an appreciated day filled with laughter, new skills and circus joy.
The camp was carried out with support from Enköping Municipality and Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan in Enköping.

Yoga for seniors in Enköping .
We offer Senior Yoga in Enköping in collaboration with SPF Enabygden. The activities are part of ongoing work for health and well-being and are aimed at seniors.
The training includes exercises for mobility, strength, balance and body awareness, with a focus on maintaining an active and functional body in everyday life.
Through Senior Yoga, there is also an opportunity for community and regular physical activity – a part of Baho Neza’s work for a good life, in Sweden as well as in Rwanda.

Spinning in the barn in Hacksta
This summer, spinning in Hacksta was started on the initiative of Peder Sundell, a member of Baho Neza Swe. Peder took the initiative to bring together the association’s members and other training enthusiasts for regular spinning sessions.
The sessions have been held about three times a week and have been a great success, with many participants and a fantastic training community.
The spinning will continue well into the autumn and is yet another example of how Baho Neza Swe works with movement, health and community in Sweden.

MediYoga on the Jetty
During the summer, Peder Sundell, a member of Baho Neza Swe, has led MediYoga on the jetty by Lake Mälaren. Participants have had the opportunity to combine movement, breathing, presence and relaxation in a peaceful environment close to the water.
The activity is part of Baho Neza’s work for health, community and well-being in Sweden.

Yoga and AnnAn Training on the Jetty
During the summer, Ann Hageus has led Yoga and AnnAn training on the jetty by Lake Mälaren. The training has combined movement, strength, balance and body awareness in a wonderful setting close to the water.
The activity is part of Baho Neza’s work for health, movement and community in Sweden.

Table Tennis in the Barn in Hacksta
There is now a table tennis table in the barn in Hacksta that can be used by members and others who take part in the activities.
Table tennis offers opportunities for movement, play and togetherness – and suits both those who want to play just for fun and those who want a bit more of a challenge.
Yet another way to create a place where people can meet, be active and have fun together.
